Delivery dates are approximately 2-3 weeks from placing your order. 24-48 hours after placing your order, we will get in touch with you to arrange a delivery date for your order.

Your order will come bagged in bulk, and will require further subdivision at your end prior to freezing to configure the correct portion sizes for your family. We recommend using a vacuum sealer prior to freezing for the best results. Alternatively, our butcher can pack your meat into trays, ready for freezing for just $1 / kg (cold carcass weight) extra.

Beef orders can be highly customised. Our website will ask you how you want each part of the animal cut up.

We ask for a deposit of $150 to secure your order. The exact value of your order isn't known until a couple of days prior to delivery because the amount charged is based on cold carcass weight. Cold carcass weight may only be determined once the animal has hung for several days, prior to cutting up. We will contact you prior to delivery with the cold carcass weight, and final price of your order which is due at delivery (or prior). A full body of beef should cost around $2,468-$2,728
